With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Heinrich Schaible has expert knowledge in recruiting executives on an international and national level.
After his Business and Engineering studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Heinrich Schaible held various executive positions in an international group and also gained experience in the management of a technology start-up company. Since 2001, he has been with Dr. Maier + Partner as an HR consultant, and since 2006 he has been the company’s managing director. In 2010, he became a managing partner as part of a successful company succession process.
Heinrich Schaible has extensive consulting experience in the automotive, technology, mechanical and plant engineering, and aerospace industries. The focus of his professional activity lies on world-wide executive recruiting as well as corporate succession, management assessment, and compensation models for small and medium-sized businesses.
Markus Weber looks back on many years of HR consulting and executive coaching. Due to his leadership experience at international industrial companies his specialist and executive recruiting activity is mainly focused on small and medium-sized companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering, medical engineering and general industries.
He specializes in companies that try to stand out by pursuing a consistent strategy of growth, both in Germany and abroad, based on innovations and a clear technical profile.
In addition, Markus Weber advises executives in their long-term career planning and, as an organization consultant, accompanies businesses and managers through challenging processes of change.

Dr. Ivo Odak was managing director at two globally operating medium-sized technology industry leaders and looks back on around twenty years of industrial experience. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge in various fields including the management of small and medium-sized organizations, personnel selection processes, and employee development.
His focus is on worldwide first and second level management recruiting, particularly in manufacturing industries. Ivo Odak consults small and medium-sized businesses in succession-related matters. Other consulting areas he specializes in are strategy and change management.
Since 2017 he has been a partner of Dr. Maier + Partner. In the beginning of 2019 he became a managing partner.
Mr Georg Metzdorf has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the HR sector of financial service providers, consultancies, auditing firms and tax firms. Most recently, he was employed as a Global HR Director in a large international scientific publishing house and was responsible for the HR transformation after an international merger. Based on his experience, Mr Metzdorf’s focus lies in particular on filling positions at the first and second levels of companies in the sectors of consultancy, legal consultancy, tax accountancy, auditing, financial services and publishing.
Alongside his role as a partner of the Executive Search department, Georg Metzdorf is also a manager of Dr. Maier + Partner HR Consulting GmbH. In this role, he advises his customers on HR transformations and accompanies transformation processes and leadership issues as an executive coach and trainer. In the context of recruitment or promotions, he provides professional potential analyses.
Robert Sadjak has a lot of experience in identification and developing executives, specialists and talents.
After his successful degree of business administration, he was working 15 years at big international FMCG companies in national and regional roles – 7 years on executive level. Furthermore, he founded and grew a platform start-up in the HR and experience segment. These very different experiences led to a comprehensive view on people and business management.
His segment and client focus at Dr. Maier + Partner is on executive search for the first and second management level for manufacturing industries, FMCGs, grown Start-Ups and Consultancies – very often in an international context. Additionally he consults all size of businesses on growth and digitalization strategies and for brand building topics.
Natallia Riedmann benefits from over ten years of experience in executive research. Her main expertise is in the search and precise selection of executives and specialists in various industries.
Since her completion of her studies of Linguistics and an employee study program for Business Administration, Natallia Riedmann has been active in the areas of HR consulting and project management. At internationally renowned consultancies she learned about efficient recruiting methods and validated selection processes, and she built up a tight-knit network. In the past two years, she was in charge of complex mandates, particularly at internationally operating small and medium-sized companies. Since May 2015, she has been supporting the Dr. Maier + Partner team as a senior consultant in the areas of executive search and career consulting/coaching.
Mr. Wittmann has several years of experience in the identification and selection of specialists, young professionals as well as specialists and managers. Already during his dual studies, in the field of Business Administration / Human Resources Management at the Cooperative State University Lörrach, his focus and main activity was on active recruiting/active sourcing.

Ralf Dittmann verfügt über eine langjährige Erfahrung als Vorstand und Geschäftsführer bei namhaften Unternehmen der Konsumgüterbranche und im Automotive Markt. Nach seinem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften zum Diplom-Ökonom übernahm der ausgebildete Bankkaufmann sehr schnell Verantwortung in Leitungspositionen bei stark vertriebsorientierten Unternehmen.
Herr Dittmann verfügt über eine ausgesprochene Expertise beim Aufbau, der Entwicklung und Führung von effizienten Vertriebsteams. Hier konnte er nachhaltig die Ergebnisse bei Umsatz und Profitabilität verbessern. Zusätzlich ist er spezialisiert in Fragen einer aktiven Marktbearbeitung.
